This 9 month program will be held over one weekend per month on Saturday + Sunday from 8:00 -4:00 pm MST each day.

The Anatomy of Movement!  Anatomical design, how the body moves, range of motion, biotensegrity!  

• April 23rd + 24th 

Yoga Asana + Modern Movement:  Poses, modification, benefits and precautions.  

• May 28th + 29th

Discovering the Self: Self-awareness for self-transformation.

• June 25th + 26th

The Anatomy of the Breath + Pranayama!   Modern + physiological breathing practices! 

• July 23rd + 24th  

The Art of Meditation!  The nervous systems, vagus nerve, meditation techniques and Yoga Nidra.

• August 27th + 28th 

Metaphor, Movement + Medicine: Ayurvedic   Earth elements, metaphor in movement, specialized teaching. 

• September 24th - 25th

The Teaching Lab + Business of Yoga!  Setting class intentions, sequencing classes, how teach online + in person classes and build your business. 

We like to keep the materials simple!  

• You will need to print the PDF manual that will be sent before the training!
• Purchase a copy of 'Teaching Yoga' by Mark Stephens, 'The Key poses of Yoga' Volume 1 and Volume 2 by Ray Long.
• Myofascial Tune Up Balls - We recommend the Roll Model Start Kit at tuneuupfitness.com 
• A computer with great wifi!  
• A notebook, some fun highlighters, pen and a journal. 
• Yoga mat and props such as a bolster, two form or cork blocks, two chipped foam blocks, a blanket, yoga strap and myofascial tune up balls.
